- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 2 scoops vital proteins (optional)
Toppings
- Coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds
- Bee pollen
