Pitaya and Beet Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 roasted beet
  • 1 teaspoon pitaya powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Omit oats if you want a lighter smoothie.

  2. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
