Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 t vanilla powder or extract
- Handful mini dairy free chips (or cacao nibs for paleo version)
Preparation
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips/cacao nibs to food processor and process until mixture forms a ball.
Press into a small parchment lined pan.
Sprinkle chips or cacao nibs on top and press into fudge.
Freeze.
Cut into squares or bars.
Devour.
If anything is left, store in freezer.
