Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 t vanilla powder or extract
  • Handful mini dairy free chips (or cacao nibs for paleo version)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips/cacao nibs to food processor and process until mixture forms a ball.

  2. Press into a small parchment lined pan.

  3. Sprinkle chips or cacao nibs on top and press into fudge.

  4. Freeze.

  5. Cut into squares or bars.

  6. Devour.

  7. If anything is left, store in freezer.
