Berry Rhubarb Nice Cream Frozen Treat
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- large handful of frozen blueberries
- ~5 tbsp rhubarb compote or stewed rhubarb
Toppings
- purely elizabeth maple walnut granola
- jem organics coffee cashew almond butter
- melon
- nectarine
- strawberries
- blueberries
Preparation
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you have a low-powered blender, you may need to add some plant milk.
