Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl with Yellow and Green Layers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana (for yellow smoothie)
  • a tiny bit of turmeric
  • a tiny bit of soymilk
  • 1 frozen banana (for green smoothie)
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina

Preparation

  1. Blend the yellow smoothie ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend the green smoothie ingredients together in a blender.

  3. Combine equal parts of the yellow and green blends to achieve a half and half color portion.

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  5. Decorate the smoothie bowl with fresh fruit toppings as desired.
