Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl with Yellow and Green Layers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana (for yellow smoothie)
- a tiny bit of turmeric
- a tiny bit of soymilk
- 1 frozen banana (for green smoothie)
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
Preparation
Blend the yellow smoothie ingredients together in a blender.
Blend the green smoothie ingredients together in a blender.
Combine equal parts of the yellow and green blends to achieve a half and half color portion.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Decorate the smoothie bowl with fresh fruit toppings as desired.
