Green Seed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries and/or raspberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Planetoat original oat milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal

Optional toppings

  • Seeds
  • Nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Berries

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. For a thicker option, place in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating.
