Green Seed Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 large handfuls fresh spinach
- 1.5 cups frozen strawberries and/or raspberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup Planetoat original oat milk
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
Optional toppings
- Seeds
- Nuts
- Shredded coconut
- Berries
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
For a thicker option, place in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating.
