Nutritious Rainbow Superfood Fruit Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango, raspberries etc
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Blue Spirulina, pink pitaya or Acai
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Slice the bananas and fruits before using if not already done.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Enjoy the spread.
