Nutritious Rainbow Superfood Fruit Spread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango, raspberries etc
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Blue Spirulina, pink pitaya or Acai
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Slice the bananas and fruits before using if not already done.
Mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy the spread.
