Delicious Antioxidant Quinoa Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon @unicornsuperfoods antioxidant blend
  • fresh berries for serving

Preparation

  1. Add quinoa and almond milk in a pot over medium heat

  2. Cook and stir until mixture comes to the boil

  3. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot

  4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until mixture is soft and thickened to porridge consistency

  5. Stir in maple syrup and antioxidant blend

  6. Divide between two serving bowls and top with fresh berries

  7. Serve and enjoy
