Raw Papaya Berry Smoothie with Fresh Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 papaya
  • 1/2 dragonfruit
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup clover sprouts
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients to perfection.

  2. Note that it makes over a liter, depending on the size of the papaya.

  3. Typically consume around 1pm, and ensure it contains raw greens or homegrown sprouts for best results.
