Raw Papaya Berry Smoothie with Fresh Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 papaya
- 1/2 dragonfruit
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup clover sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp chia seed
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Blend the ingredients to perfection.
Note that it makes over a liter, depending on the size of the papaya.
Typically consume around 1pm, and ensure it contains raw greens or homegrown sprouts for best results.
