Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of tiger bread
  • Lurpak spreadable butter
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden.

  2. Butter the toast with Lurpak spreadable.

  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

  4. Cook the eggs in a pan over medium heat, stirring until scrambled.

  5. Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the buttered toast.
