Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of tiger bread
- Lurpak spreadable butter
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Toast the bread slices until golden.
Butter the toast with Lurpak spreadable.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Cook the eggs in a pan over medium heat, stirring until scrambled.
Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the buttered toast.
