Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Ingredients
- Thick slice of bread
- Butter
- 3 eggs
- Sea salt and black pepper
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Beat the eggs and cook them in the skillet, stirring until set.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the toast.
