Cheese Omelette with Cheddar and Milk
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Splash of milk
- Sea salt
- White pepper
- Butter (spreadable)
- Grated extra mature cheddar cheese
Preparation
Heat butter in a small deep frying pan.
Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until almost set.
Add grated extra mature cheddar cheese.
Fold the omelette and cover with a lid to melt the cheese and cook through.
