Hash Brown Omelette with Spinach and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Spinach
  • 2 light cheese slices
  • 2 pre-cooked hash browns

Seasonings

  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper in a bowl.

  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 teaspoon of butter.

  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until almost set.

  4. Add spinach, 2 light cheese slices, and 2 pre-cooked hash browns.

  5. Fold the sides of the omelette over and flip it.

  6. Cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melty.

  7. Slide onto a plate.

Tips

  1. For serving, drizzle with chilli and garlic sauce and sprinkle with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes if desired.
