Hash Brown Omelette with Spinach and Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Splash of milk
- Sea salt
- White pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Spinach
- 2 light cheese slices
- 2 pre-cooked hash browns
Seasonings
- Chilli and garlic sauce
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 teaspoon of butter.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook until almost set.
Add spinach, 2 light cheese slices, and 2 pre-cooked hash browns.
Fold the sides of the omelette over and flip it.
Cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melty.
Slide onto a plate.
Tips
For serving, drizzle with chilli and garlic sauce and sprinkle with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes if desired.
