Cheese and Beans Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- A splash of milk
- Sea salt
- White pepper
- Pre-cooked baked beans
- Grated extra mature cheddar cheese
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook in an omelette pan with a lid on until the top is almost set.
Fill with pre-cooked baked beans.
Fold the omelette over and cook for a couple of minutes.
Top with remaining grated cheese and grill until melted.
