Cheese and Beans Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • A splash of milk
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper
  • Pre-cooked baked beans
  • Grated extra mature cheddar cheese
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook in an omelette pan with a lid on until the top is almost set.

  3. Fill with pre-cooked baked beans.

  4. Fold the omelette over and cook for a couple of minutes.

  5. Top with remaining grated cheese and grill until melted.
