Egg and Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- Oat topped wholemeal roll
- 2 teaspoons butterpak spreadable
- NYC deli pastrami style slices
- 2 fried eggs
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Fry the eggs in a pan until cooked to your liking.
Toast the wholemeal roll if desired.
Spread the butter on the roll.
Layer the pastrami slices onto the roll.
Add the fried eggs on top.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
Assemble the sandwich and serve immediately.
