Eggs and Beans on Fried Tiger Bread
Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of tiger bread (small loaf)
- Baked beans (small tin)
- 2 eggs
Seasonings
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Fry the tiger bread slices in a pan until golden brown.
Fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
Assemble by placing the beans and eggs on top of the fried bread slices.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
Tips
You can air fry the bread to minimize oil use, but it may lack some flavor.
