Beans and Eggs on Tiger Toast

Ingredients

  • 50g Tiger Bread
  • 2 teaspoons butterpak spreadable
  • One small tin of baked beans
  • 4 quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the tiger bread until golden.

  2. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.

  3. Cook the quail eggs by frying or poaching until done to your preference.

  4. Assemble by spreading butter on the toast, adding beans, topping with eggs, and seasoning with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
