Simple British Beans on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 crusts of multi-seeded bread
  • Butterpak spreadable butter
  • Baked beans (1 small can or half a large can)
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Chives, to taste
  • Chilli flakes, to taste

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until golden.

  2. Spread butter on the toasted bread.

  3. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.

  4. Pour the heated beans over the toast.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
