Eggs and Beans on Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of digestion boost bread
- Baked beans
- 2 eggs
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil or butter until cooked to your liking.
Assemble by placing the baked beans and fried eggs on top of the toasted bread.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
