Fried Bread with Eggs and Beans

Ingredients

  • Thick sliced bread
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Baked beans
  • Eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Fry the thick sliced bread in rapeseed oil until golden and crispy.

  2. Cook the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

  3. Fry the eggs in a skillet with a little oil or butter until done to your liking.

  4. Season with sea salt, chopped fresh chives, and chilli flakes to taste.

  5. Serve the fried bread, eggs, and beans together on a plate.
