Fried Bread with Eggs and Beans
Ingredients
- Thick sliced bread
- Rapeseed oil
- Baked beans
- Eggs
- Sea salt
- Fresh chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Fry the thick sliced bread in rapeseed oil until golden and crispy.
Cook the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Fry the eggs in a skillet with a little oil or butter until done to your liking.
Season with sea salt, chopped fresh chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
Serve the fried bread, eggs, and beans together on a plate.
