Veggie Breakfast with Beans and Eggs

Ingredients

  • Multi-seeded bread
  • Baked beans
  • Vegetarian sausages
  • Breakfast hash browns
  • Medium vine tomatoes
  • Eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for cooking sausages and hash browns.

  2. Quarter the tomatoes and oven-cook them along with the sausages and hash browns until done.

  3. Toast the multi-seeded bread until golden.

  4. Fry the eggs in a pan until cooked to your preference.

  5. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.

  6. Assemble all the components on a plate and season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
