Veggie Breakfast with Beans and Eggs
Ingredients
- Multi-seeded bread
- Baked beans
- Vegetarian sausages
- Breakfast hash browns
- Medium vine tomatoes
- Eggs
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for cooking sausages and hash browns.
Quarter the tomatoes and oven-cook them along with the sausages and hash browns until done.
Toast the multi-seeded bread until golden.
Fry the eggs in a pan until cooked to your preference.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
Assemble all the components on a plate and season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
