Fried Bread with Eggs and Beans

Ingredients

  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
  • rapeseed oil
  • butter
  • Morrisons baked beans
  • @clarence_court traditional legbar white eggs
  • sea salt
  • chives
  • chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Slice the bread and fry it in rapeseed oil until golden, or use butter to fry it similarly.

  2. Cook the baked beans in a pan until the sauce thickens.

  3. Pan-fry the eggs to your desired doneness.

  4. Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes, then serve all components together.
