Fried Bread with Eggs and Beans

Ingredients

  • 2x Asda tiger chest loaf
  • Morrisons baked beans
  • Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the bread until golden brown.

  2. Pan fry the quail eggs until cooked as desired.

  3. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.

  4. Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.

  5. Serve all components together on a plate.
