Eggs and Beans on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed bread, small loaf
  • Lurpak spreadable
  • Morrisons baked beans
  • 7 Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Cook the baked beans until the sauce is thick.

  3. Pan fry the quail eggs.

  4. Spread the lurpak on the toast and top with beans and eggs.

  5. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
