Vegetarian Ham and Eggs on Toast
Ingredients
- Wholemeal roll
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sweetener
- 4 slices Italian deli ham style
- Quail eggs
- Button mushrooms
- Radish shoots
Seasonings
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Toast the wholemeal roll.
Fry the cherry tomatoes until they break down, add sweetener, and spread on the toast.
Fry the quail eggs.
Slice and fry the button mushrooms.
Add radish shoots and season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
