Vegetarian Breakfast with Eggs and Sausages
Ingredients
- Morrisons hash brown
- Cauldronfoods Cumberland sausages
- Cherry tomatoes
- Vegan black pudding
- Baby button mushrooms
- Golden yolk egg
- Warburtons tiger bread
- Morrisons baked beans
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Colmans mustard
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven and bake hash brown, sausages, and cherry tomatoes on a tray until done.
Slice and fry vegan black pudding and baby button mushrooms in a pan until cooked.
Fry the egg until the yolk is golden.
Toast the tiger bread and butter it.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
Assemble all components and serve with ketchup and mustard.
