Vegetarian Breakfast with Eggs and Sausages

Ingredients

  • Morrisons hash brown
  • Cauldronfoods Cumberland sausages
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Baby button mushrooms
  • Golden yolk egg
  • Warburtons tiger bread
  • Morrisons baked beans
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Colmans mustard
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven and bake hash brown, sausages, and cherry tomatoes on a tray until done.

  2. Slice and fry vegan black pudding and baby button mushrooms in a pan until cooked.

  3. Fry the egg until the yolk is golden.

  4. Toast the tiger bread and butter it.

  5. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.

  6. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.

  7. Assemble all components and serve with ketchup and mustard.
