Vegetarian Brunch with Fried Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 vegetarian sausages
  • Smiley potato faces
  • Garden tomato
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Baby button mushrooms
  • Golden yolk egg
  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
  • Baked beans
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Oven cook the vegetarian sausages, smiley potato faces, and sliced garden tomato.

  2. Slice and fry the vegan black pudding and baby button mushrooms.

  3. Fry the golden yolk egg.

  4. Spread butter on both sides of the bread, fry it, and then bake in the oven.

  5. Cook the baked beans until the sauce is thick.

  6. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes before serving.
