Breakfast Sliders with Fried Components

Ingredients

  • 40g soft white bread
  • Rapeseed oil (a little)
  • Baked beans
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Fry the bread in a little rapeseed oil and keep warm in the oven.

  2. Cook the baked beans until the sauce is thick.

  3. Fry the vegan black pudding.

  4. Fry the quail eggs.

  5. Assemble all components and season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.

  6. Place the assembled sliders in the oven for 2 minutes.
