Fried Egg Croissant Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 croissant
- 1 egg
- Sea salt, to taste
- Chives, chopped
- Chilli flakes, to taste
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
Preparation
Cook the croissant in the oven until warm and crispy.
Fry the egg in a pan to your desired doneness.
Season the egg with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
Assemble by placing the fried egg on the croissant and drizzle with tomato ketchup.
Serve immediately.
