Vegetarian Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin Fakeaway

Ingredients

  • 1 Moving Mountains plant-based sausage patty
  • 1 Morrisons all butter muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Asda light cheese slice
  • 2 Morrisons hash browns
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Chives, to taste
  • Chilli flakes, to taste

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the sausage patty until cooked.

  2. Fry the egg to your desired doneness.

  3. Pan toast the muffin halves.

  4. Oven cook the hash browns according to package instructions.

  5. Assemble the muffin with the sausage, egg, cheese slice, and hash browns.

  6. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
