Vegetarian Full English Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 sage and onion meat-free sausages
  • 2 hash browns
  • Thick soft white bread
  • 1 fried egg
  • Baked beans
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Plant-based smoked bacon
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven and cook sausages and hash browns according to package instructions.

  2. Toast the bread until golden brown.

  3. Slice the black pudding and fry in a pan until heated through.

  4. Pan-fry the plant-based bacon until crispy.

  5. Fry the egg in a pan to your preferred doneness.

  6. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.

  7. Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.

  8. Assemble all components on a plate and serve immediately.
