Vegetarian Full English Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 sage and onion meat-free sausages
- 2 hash browns
- Thick soft white bread
- 1 fried egg
- Baked beans
- Vegan black pudding
- Plant-based smoked bacon
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven and cook sausages and hash browns according to package instructions.
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Slice the black pudding and fry in a pan until heated through.
Pan-fry the plant-based bacon until crispy.
Fry the egg in a pan to your preferred doneness.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.
Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
Assemble all components on a plate and serve immediately.
