Ingredients

  • 3 Lincolnshire sausages
  • 3 waffle hash browns
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Button mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • Spinach
  • Baked beans
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Cook the Lincolnshire sausages, waffle hash browns, and cherry tomatoes in the air fryer until done.

  2. Pan fry the button mushrooms until tender.

  3. Fry the eggs in a pan.

  4. Wilt the spinach in a pan.

  5. Heat the baked beans.

  6. Assemble all components on a plate and season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
