Vegetarian Cooked Breakfast with Fried Bread
Ingredients
- 2 Birdseye waffle hash browns
- 2 Vegetarian Butcher little Willie's
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Roberts Bakery digestion boost wholemeal bread
- Baby button mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- Spinach
- Baked beans
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Cook the waffle hash browns in the air fryer until crispy.
Cook the little Willie's in the air fryer until heated through.
Cook the cherry tomatoes in the air fryer until softened.
Cut the wholemeal bread into triangles, spray with oil, and cook in the air fryer until golden.
Pan-fry the baby button mushrooms until tender.
Pan-fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
Add the spinach fresh to the plate without cooking.
Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
