Big Vegetarian Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 3 Lincolnshire sausages
- 3 waffle hash browns
- 1 gammon roast
- 2 eggs
- Baked beans
- Cherry and plum tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
Preparation
Cook the sausages until fully done.
Prepare the hash browns according to package directions.
Heat the gammon roast as instructed on the packaging.
Fry the eggs to desired doneness.
Warm the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat.
Fry the mushrooms until tender.
Wilt the spinach in a hot pan with a little oil or water.
Arrange all cooked items on a plate and serve immediately.
