Ingredients

  • plant-based cocktail sausages
  • hash brown
  • tiger bread
  • quail eggs
  • meat-free bacon rashers
  • baked beans
  • mushrooms
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mustard
  • no sugar added tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Fry the plant-based sausages in a skillet until browned and cooked through

  2. Cook the hash brown in the same skillet until golden and crispy

  3. Fry the tiger bread in oil or butter until toasted

  4. Fry the quail eggs in a separate pan to desired doneness, such as sunny-side up

  5. Fry the meat-free bacon rashers until crisp

  6. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through

  7. Sauté the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in a pan until softened

  8. Arrange all components on plates and serve with mustard and ketchup on the side
