Vegetarian Breakfast on Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 plant-based cocktail sausages
  • 4 waffle hash browns
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Veggie bacon pieces
  • 4 quail eggs
  • 2 wholemeal bread slices
  • 30g mature cheddar cheese
  • Bacon seasoning
  • Hot rocket

Preparation

  1. Air fry the sausages.

  2. Air fry the hash browns.

  3. Air fry the cherry tomatoes.

  4. Pan fry the mushrooms.

  5. Pan fry the veggie bacon pieces.

  6. Fry the quail eggs.

  7. Toast the bread on one side, flip it, add cheese, and grill until melted.

  8. Assemble all components on the cheese toast, dust with bacon seasoning, and add hot rocket.
