Vegetarian Breakfast Butty Sandwich
Ingredients
- Wholemeal bun
- Spinach
- 2 Richmond foods burgers
- 20g grated mozzarella
- 2 waffle hash browns
- Cherry tomatoes
- Baked beans
- 1 egg
Preparation
Pan fry the burgers and mix with the grated mozzarella.
Cook the waffle hash browns and cherry tomatoes in an air fryer.
Heat the baked beans.
Fry the egg.
Assemble all ingredients in the wholemeal bun with spinach.
