Vegetarian Full English Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 waffle hash browns
- 2 Lincolnshire sausages
- digestion boost wholemeal bread
- egg
- mushrooms
- tomato
- vegan black pudding
- baked beans
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden.
Fry the sausages in a pan until browned and cooked through.
Cook the hash browns according to package directions.
Fry the egg in oil or butter to desired doneness.
Sauté the mushrooms and tomato in a pan until softened.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.
Assemble all components on a plate and serve.
