Vegetarian Full English Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 waffle hash browns
  • 2 Lincolnshire sausages
  • digestion boost wholemeal bread
  • egg
  • mushrooms
  • tomato
  • vegan black pudding
  • baked beans

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until golden.

  2. Fry the sausages in a pan until browned and cooked through.

  3. Cook the hash browns according to package directions.

  4. Fry the egg in oil or butter to desired doneness.

  5. Sauté the mushrooms and tomato in a pan until softened.

  6. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.

  7. Assemble all components on a plate and serve.
