Veggie Full English Brunch

Ingredients

  • 2 meatless farm sausages
  • Morrisons hash brown
  • Taste and glory ham less slices
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato
  • Vegan black pudding
  • 1 Roberts bakery digestion boost bread
  • Clarence court quail eggs
  • Baked beans
  • Tesco butterpak spreadable
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven and cook the sausages and hash brown as per package instructions

  2. Pan fry the ham less slices until crisp and golden

  3. Fry the mushrooms and tomato in a pan until softened

  4. Slice the vegan black pudding and fry until heated through

  5. Toast the bread and spread with butter

  6. Fry the quail eggs in a pan to desired doneness

  7. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave

  8. Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste

  9. Assemble all components on a plate and serve immediately
