Vegetarian Breakfast with Fried Sourdough and Eggs

Ingredients

  • Seeded sourdough bread
  • Lurpak spreadable
  • Mushrooms
  • Asda baked beans with vegetarian sausages
  • Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Cut the seeded sourdough bread in half and spread thinly with Lurpak spreadable.

  2. Fry the bread in a dry frying pan until golden, flipping when necessary.

  3. Fry the mushrooms until cooked.

  4. Heat the leftover Asda baked beans with vegetarian sausages.

  5. Fry the quail eggs.

  6. Season the dish with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.

  7. Assemble all components and serve.
