Breakfast Boat with Veggie Fillings

Ingredients

  • Morrisons best wholemeal bun
  • Squeakybeanveg Italian deli ham style slices
  • Pre-cooked baked beans
  • Part-cooked fried egg
  • Sainsburys grated mozzarella
  • Peashoot salad

Preparation

  1. Cut around the outer edge of the bun and press the top down into the bottom.

  2. Fill the bun with Italian deli ham style slices, pre-cooked baked beans, part-cooked fried egg, and grated mozzarella.

  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 6 minutes.

  4. Serve with peashoot salad.
