Simple Veggie Cooked Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 plant-based sausages (Moving Mountains)
  • 1 hash brown (Morrisons)
  • 1 egg
  • mushrooms
  • tiger bread
  • baked beans
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Colman's mustard
  • sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Fry the plant-based sausages until cooked through.

  2. Cook the hash brown until golden and crispy.

  3. Fry the egg to your desired doneness.

  4. Sauté the mushrooms until tender.

  5. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave.

  6. Toast or fry the tiger bread slices.

  7. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.

  8. Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.
