Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Roberts Bakery digestion boost wholemeal bread
  • Pre-cooked baked beans
  • 40g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

Salad components

  • Peashoot salad
  • Radishes
  • Spring onion

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread on one side

  2. Top with baked beans and grated mozzarella

  3. Grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly
