Vegetarian Mcmuffin-Style Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 Quorn sausage patties
- 1 cheese slice
- 1 Clarence Court old Cotswold legbar egg
- 1 Warburtons muffin
- 1 Aldi breakfast hash brown
- Quorn crispy nuggets
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Hellmann's chilli and garlic sauce
Preparation
Spray the sausage patties with rapeseed oil, wrap in foil, and oven cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping once to keep them moist.
Fry the egg.
Pan toast the muffin.
Cook the hash brown and crispy nuggets according to package instructions.
Assemble the breakfast by combining the cooked items into a sandwich or serving them together.
Serve with the tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce for dipping.
