Double Sausage and Hash Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 Warburtons English muffin
  • 2 Quorn sausage patties
  • Cheese slices
  • 1 Aldi breakfast hash brown
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Hellmann's chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast the English muffin.

  2. Cook the sausage patties by spraying with rapeseed oil, wrapping in foil, and baking for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway.

  3. Cook the breakfast hash brown according to package instructions or until golden brown.

  4. Assemble the muffin by adding cheese slices, hash brown, and sausage patties on top.

  5. Drizzle with tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce to taste.
