Vegetarian Cooked Breakfast Brunch
Ingredients
- Parmentier potatoes
- 3 this.uk this isn't pork sausages
- Morrisons baked beans
- Morrisons best golden yolk eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
Preparation
Peel, dice, rinse, dry, spray, season, and Actifry the Parmentier potatoes.
Pan fry the sausages until cooked.
Cook the baked beans until the sauce is thick.
Fry the eggs in a single egg pan.
Oven roast the cherry tomatoes.
Fry the mushrooms.
Pan fry the bread in the juices from the sausages.
Assemble all components on a plate and serve.
