Vegetarian Fry-Up Breakfast with Quail Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 x this.uk this isn't pork sausages
- Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
- Morrisons baked beans
- Tomato (sliced)
- Richmond foods meat-free ham style slices
- Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
- Vegan black pudding
Preparation
Fry the sausages in a pan until browned and cooked through.
Fry the bread slices in a little oil or butter until golden.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed.
Fry the sliced tomato in a pan until softened and slightly charred.
Pan-fry the meat-free ham style slices until crispy on the edges.
Fry the quail eggs in a separate pan to your desired doneness.
Fry the vegan black pudding until heated through and crispy.
Arrange all components on a plate and serve immediately.
