Vegetarian Fry-Up Breakfast with Quail Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 x this.uk this isn't pork sausages
  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
  • Morrisons baked beans
  • Tomato (sliced)
  • Richmond foods meat-free ham style slices
  • Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
  • Vegan black pudding

Preparation

  1. Fry the sausages in a pan until browned and cooked through.

  2. Fry the bread slices in a little oil or butter until golden.

  3. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed.

  4. Fry the sliced tomato in a pan until softened and slightly charred.

  5. Pan-fry the meat-free ham style slices until crispy on the edges.

  6. Fry the quail eggs in a separate pan to your desired doneness.

  7. Fry the vegan black pudding until heated through and crispy.

  8. Arrange all components on a plate and serve immediately.
