Marmite Hot Cross Bun Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 2 Quorn sausage patties
- 1 Marmite hot cross bun
- 2 Asda light cheese slices
Preparation
Spray sausage patties with fry light or oil and wrap in foil, then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
Lightly toast the Marmite hot cross bun
Assemble the bun with the cheese slices and sausage patties, then place back in the oven for 2 minutes
Tips
Wrapping the sausage patties in foil during baking helps keep them moist and prevents them from becoming dry
