Sausage Egg and Hash Brown Breakfast Muffin
Ingredients
- 2 Quorn sausage patties
- 2 Morrisons hash browns
- 1 egg
- 1 Morrisons all butter muffin
- Sainsburys light cheese slices
- Rapeseed oil (for cooking)
Preparation
Cook the sausage patties in tinfoil in the oven, sprayed with a little rapeseed oil, for about 20 minutes until moist and juicy
Oven cook the hash browns according to package instructions
Fry the egg in a pan until cooked to your liking
Slice the muffin and pan toast the slices until golden
Assemble the muffin by layering the sausage patties, hash browns, fried egg, and cheese slices
