Triple Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin Fakeaway
Ingredients
- 3 Quorn sausage patties
- A little oil for spraying
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 2 light cheese slices
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Spray the sausage patties with a little oil, wrap them in foil together, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Pan toast the English muffin.
Fry the egg using a silicone egg ring.
Assemble the muffin with all components except the egg and the top half, then place it in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of water and cover with a lid to steam and melt the cheese.
Add the fried egg and the top half of the muffin, then serve.
Tips
Baking the patties in foil keeps them moist and delicious.
